Four Spaces That Shape Human Experience
We are constantly shaped by the spaces we spend time in — often without realising it.
These spaces influence our identity, behaviour, relationships, wellbeing, and sense of self.
The word space here does not refer to outer space, but to the environments and dimensions of experience we move through each day.

1. Physical Space
The environments we inhabit — nature, architecture, home, landscape, built surroundings.

2. Social Space
The human world of relationship, community, movement, communication, and belonging.

3. Psychological Space
The inner world of thought, memory, imagination, emotion, and mental attention.

4. Spiritual Space
Experiences of stillness, transcendence, meaning, contemplation, and connection beyond the material.
These spaces are not separate.

They overlap, influence one another, and together shape the human experience.
