Research has shown that artistic participation assists social cohesion within groups, by providing a neutral “space” for diverse or isolated groups and individuals to interact.

Sessions are offered in lengths of
1.5 - 2 hours, half day or whole day slots. A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 25-30 participants are recommended.

Participants have included the following groups: social workers, educators, healthcare practitioners, mental health patients, offenders, at risk youth, the elderly, the Deaf,
and women’s groups.
